  As awful as we ever imagined. We do our taxes with these clowns every year for the last 6yrs. We're one of those morons who does their taxes in February EVERY YEAR!! we always pay that nebulas "$100+ tax" so H&R has our back for whatever.
  
  We only want a tax history of last month, nothing fancy! And they cannot help us for 3-5 business days.
  
  We're just trying to sell our house, just need a copy, no help at all, at all! Never trust your future to these schisters again. At this point, 6yrs of honest business, from our part, down the drain.. Get a CPA, they have your back.
