  Mine might be the unpopular opinion on here... but my daughter’s photo came out really
  Good! My computer was down and I didn’t get to download my digital photo right away. The code had expired. I was heartbroken. When I emailed to let them know that the code wasn’t working, and what the situation was, they replied the same day within an hour and a half or so... the very next day I had my baby’s Kindergarten photo on my computer! They were kind and professional! The only complaint I have is that my little girl was wearing a necklace and it had turned around on her. I wish they had fixed it before they snapped the picture. One star was taken for that reason... but other than that great expirence!
