  I don't even know where to start! I have had salon experiences from very high end places to cost cutters, and cost cutters is a million times cleaner and more professional than scissors edge. It felt weird from the moment I walked in, I wish I would have trusted my instincts and walked right back out. Francesca cut my hair.
  First of all her area was disgusting. It was covered in dust and hair, and the cleaning solution jar was stuffed full of clips and combs, a lot of them hanging halfway out not in the solution. The bottom of that cleaning solution jar was about an inch of filth that tools put in there to be cleaned came in contact with. I don't know what the rest of the stations looked like, but any manager or owner that is okay with one station looking like this, other areas can't be clean.
  When she cut my hair, which was a simple long hair cut, she would hold it over my face and cut it so that the trimmings fell on my face. Then she cut her finger and had to go take care of that, did she get blood on my hair? Don't know. When she removed the cape she dumped all the hair all over my clothes, and had zero reaction to doing that. Super choppy haircut, I think my husband could have done better. Really, really the worst experience I have ever had in a salon by far. Very highly DO NOT recommended.
